“What are the things you value the most in life? What are the things that give you your sense of self-worth? How is your relationship to money? So many people go about living their lives without having a clue about what are the things that they deeply care about and hold dear and those are generally not very fulfilling or meaningful lives. Make sure that you are always inquiring about those kinds of questions, as the answer to them generally holds the key to things that provide you with a stable foundation. It really makes all the difference when the basis of your life is built on something that you value highly, it allows you to have a groundedness and centredness within your being. And most importantly once you recognize what the things you value are, ask yourself if you are living your life in alignment with those truths.”
