Since season 2024, we are adults-only, offering a tranquil, child-free environment for all our guests. While children may still enjoy the beach, our accommodation will remain exclusively for adults, ensuring the ultimate peace and relaxation.

Each apartment comfortably hosts up to 2 adults, ensuring a peaceful and intimate experience. The complex is divided across 2 floors, with 4 apartments at the front offering stunning views of the sea and 4 apartments on the side—each offering a unique perspective of the surroundings.

The 2 side apartments on the first floor boast a side sea view from their balconies, perfect for watching the waves. The 2 side apartments on the ground floor offer a private garden view, creating a tranquil space to relax and unwind, providing you with your own slice of serenity.

The Beachhouse Villa

The Beachhouse Villa is a separate building, 80 metres away from the Apartments and can sleep up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds.. The Villa has a super sea view rooftop terrace with dining are. Guests of the Villa can also make use of our beach facilities. Wake up to a stunning sea view over the Saronic Gulf and fall asleep to the sound of waves.

The Beachhouse Beach Bar

During the day, The Beachhouse Beach Bar serves coffee, fruit juice, celery juice, Matcha tea, almond & soya milk, refreshments, wine, Prosecco, cocktails, beers, fruit salads, toasts and some small healthy snacks. At the beach you will find comfortable seating and sun loungers, free for our guests and non guests can make use of our beach facilities when they order something at the bar. The Bar is open from 9:00 until 22:00  during high season and will be open for several hours per day out of season. We regularly organize LIVE concerts.

Energy Balancing Healing Sessions

It is highly recommended to experience an Energy Balancing Healing Session during your stay. Together with her pendulum Lizzy helps people to bring their body’s back into balance through her unique Guided Energy Balancing Sessions. When our bodies are in balance we feel energized and lighter. Some clients experience a return to optimum health; Others gain clarity on the challenges or situations they are facing and are guided to new deeper insights; others receive empowering answers they require in order to positively influence what they wish to bring about. Many clients share that they have gained beneficial results in a combination of all of these areas.

Location

We're located right at a small beach in Vagia on the north side of Aegina island.
The main sandy beach is 900 metres away. It's an area where you won't find a lot of tourists except for 1/2 July until the end of August. In that period it can be very busy, mainly with Greek tourists.

  • The port of Agia Marina 7.2 km away
  • The Port of Aegina town is 12.9 away

The beach in front is in use by locals and guests of The Beachhouse Apartments & The Beachhouse villa. During certain hours in the high season summer months it can be really busy but it can also be very quiet during the off season months. In general before 11 in the morning the beach is quiet.

The closest supermarket is 1.7 km away (4 minutes by car or 21 minutes by foot)

Vagia is the only area on the island where you can make nice walks next to the sea. You can also hike up to Paleachora through the pine forest or hike up to the Aphaia temple.

Eating out

  • There are several restaurants in our neighborhood; the closest one, just around the corner, is restaurant Panorama. This family run restaurant is offering lovely Greek food and is very convenient when you don't want to go far.
  • Horevtra in Agii can be reached at a 25 minute walking distance.
  • Restaurant Aerides at the main sandy beach in Vagia is at a 13 minutes walking distance.
  • Other restaurants in close by: Restaurant Aeolos & Taverna Michalis
  • By car visit Taverna Agyris with excellent Greek Traditional Food

I live intuitively and believe in personal & natural healing. I first visited Aegina in 1993 and then in 2002 I just followed my heart and relocated with my cat and dog from the Netherlands there. Policies, house rules & services

We’d like everyone at our accommodation to feel comfortable and not disturbed in any way.

  • Prices may vary due to supply and demand.
  • The rates include the Apartment / Villa in good condition, ready for use, corresponding the description on this page and the number of beds, with furniture, dishes, cutlery, cooking plate, fridge, pillows, linen and towels, the normal use hot water, electricity and small interventions of reparation. The reparation of small damages are at charge of the apartment owner, with exception of the case if the damages are attributable to the guest, due to an unconventional use of the apartment and all what is present inside.
  • The local tourist tax of € 0,50 per person / per night is excluded from the rates in our booking system. They need to be paid at the accommodation.

  • We accept credit cards, bank transfers & cash.
  • ATM is available in Souvala, Agia Marina, Kipseli, Perdika & Aegina town.

  • We are an adults only accommodation
  • Each apartment can host 2 persons maximum
  • The villa can host 4 persons, in 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds.

  • The down-payment is 20% of the total price and will be charged at the moment of booking.
  • The Remaining payment (80%) will be charged upon arrival
  • The above down-payment policy is applicable for direct bookings through our online booking application at this page or for direct bookings through email or telephone.

  • The guest can change dates FREE of CHARGE up to 14 days before arrival
  • The guest can cancel FREE of CHARGE up to 14 days before arrival
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
  • In case of no show or departure prior to the agreed date of departure 100% of the total booking amount is charged.
  • The reservation is valid until 19:00 the day of arrival unless the customer has given another information.
  • Refunds of the down payment minus bank transfer costs within 60 days.
  • The above policy is applicable for direct bookings through our online booking application at this page or for direct bookings through email or phone.

  • In case that Authorities prior to 14 days before the arrival date have issued travel restrictions for reaching Aegina island or the client cannot depart from a risk zone due to lockdowns, closing of borders or flight cancellations, then we are offering the following two alternatives to all clients for existing and future bookings:
    - Clients can change/postpone their vacation date, without extra charge and by only paying the difference in the accommodation fees, if any and subject to availability OR
    - Clients can cancel their vacation, we will then issue a voucher to the client to be used for any vacation in season 2021 or season 2022, subject to availability.
  •  Covid affections or travel restrictions must apply to the booked period. These conditions do not apply for preventive cancellations
  • We offer vouchers no refunds.

  • We offer self catering apartments, that means we offer no daily full cleaning; we will clean your bins daily.
  • An extra full cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional cost.
  • For stays longer than 5 nights we offer change of bed linen and towels.
  • At your request we will offer clean towels if needed.
  • The white towels provided in the apartments & villa can not be used at the beach.
  • Beach towels are available at the bar for our accommodation guests free of charge
  • An iron and iron board can be borrowed at the office.
  • Guests can make use of our washing machine, when we are not using the machine ourselves, for € 2,50 for a short wash of 30 minutes and € 3,50 for a wash 60 min wash.

  • Close all windows and doors when the air conditioner is turned on.
  • This will keep the cool air inside the room and keep the temperature moderate.
  • In addition to cooling efficiency, leaving the windows open will also put stress on the air conditioner.
  • Don't leave the air conditioner on when you are not in the apartment.

  • Dogs are not allowed in our apartments and villa.
  • Dogs do need to be on the lead at the beach, and should be taken care of.

  • The Beachhouse Apartments & The Beachhouse Villa are peaceful vacation locations.
  • We kindly ask you to respect the common rules of quietness, especially during the afternoon, evening and night hours.
  • If the rules above are not respected, we will keep the right to resolute the contract immediately.
  • Quiet hours from 15:30 - 17:30 & 22:00 - 07:30
  • Mind your voices and no loud music.
  • No parties allowed.

  • Is not allowed to smoke in inside The Beachhouse Apartments & The Beachhouse Villa
  • Smoking is allowed on the balcony / terrace, but please respect other non-smoking staying guests.
  • Smoking is allowed on the beach, but please use an Ashtray.
  • Ashtrays are available at our Beach Bar.
  • We do not sell cigarettes, they are available at the local super market in Agii.

  • The guests commit themselves to threat the apartment / villa well.
  • You are requested to pay for repairs of any damage you have caused.
  • In every case, damages must be communicated immediately to the staff.

Check-in:

  • Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00.
  • Arrivals and departures outside the times above, might be possible upon prior request and depending on occupation.
  • Please communicate the time of arrival at time of booking or latest 24 hours prior to your arrival.
  • In case of delay of the day of arrival, please let us know by text message.

Check-out

  • Check-out between 08:00 and 11:00.
  • Please leave the apartment / villa in an ordered condition.
  • Please return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers in the kitchen in the right apartment.
    Especially applicable for friends that have rented 2 apartments next to each other and have mixed dishes etc.
  • Turn the air-conditioning & lights of.
  • Please return keys so we can prepare the apartment for our next guests.

  • We recommend avance.gr, carplan.gr or giakasrental.com for car rental, these companies offer an easy online rental procedure.

  • During the high season months, the bar is open from 08:00 until 22:00.
  • During the off season months, the bar is open depending on the needs of our guests
