The Pendulum — A Tool to Make the Unseen Seen
An underrated tool that reveals far more than a simple yes or no.
In this reflection I share how the pendulum helps reveal what we cannot see with the mind — the old stories, emotions, and patterns that still take our energy. It’s a simple, down-to-earth way to connect with the higher self, understand why things are as they are, and reclaim the clarity we often lose along the way.
How Energy Speaks
When something painful or traumatic happens, we don’t always process it in the moment. Sometimes we don’t have the time, the tools, or the inner strength to deal with it — we’re simply trying to survive. So the body steps in to protect us, storing the emotion somewhere deep inside until we are ready to face it.
You can often see it later in life: in the shoulders or neck of someone who seems to literally carry the weight of the past. Others hold it in the lower back, where unprocessed emotions settle when we don’t want to look at something anymore. And when the energy is held in the feet or knees, it can feel as if a person literally cannot move on — as though something unseen is holding them back.
These are just examples — where the body stores emotions can vary from person to person. Each of us has our own way of internalizing pain or stress, depending on our nature and life story.
These stored emotions carry a lower vibration that weakens the natural flow of energy in the body. And when they remain for years, the whole system begins to struggle — just like a car that’s been running too long without care.
That’s why it’s essential to let go of what no longer serves us. Old pain, memories, and beliefs quietly consume our life force. The more stories we carry, the more energy we need to keep them alive. At some point, we may need more than the 100% energy our body naturally produces — perhaps 150% or more — just to stay balanced. That’s when people begin to break down — they feel exhausted, stuck, burned out, or even become ill — because their system no longer has the energy to sustain everything they are holding.
At a later age, when we have more awareness and emotional capacity, we can revisit those old stories from a higher perspective — feel the emotions to be able to finally release them.
Why I Use the Pendulum
I use the pendulum because it helps make the unseen visible. It connects directly to a person’s energy and gently shows what still lives beneath the surface — the residues of past experiences that quietly influence how we feel and behave today.
The pendulum taps into the unconscious and brings it into consciousness. That moment of awareness is already the beginning of healing. Because when something hidden becomes visible, the body and mind can finally start to release and rebalance.
I use the pendulum as a bridge between what the person consciously knows and what their energy silently carries. For me, it’s the perfect tool to read energy with precision and clarity.
How It Works in a Clarity Session
A pendulum isn’t just for yes or no questions. Its real power lies in the dialogue between the question and the possibilities. That’s why I created a series of detailed charts — each representing emotions, patterns, and beliefs that may still hold energy.
During a clarity session, I start by tuning into the person’s energy and allowing the pendulum to guide me across these charts. The movements reveal what is currently draining energy, what can be released, and even when certain experiences first left their imprint. Often, what appears is something the person never would have mentioned on their own — yet when they see it, it immediately resonates.
That’s the beauty of the process: it bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the soul’s truth.
How Old Stories Shape Our Lives
What makes this work so powerful is that it’s not only about emotional healing — it’s about understanding behavior. Old stories don’t just stay in the past; they influence our present reactions, decisions, and relationships.
A person who learned in childhood to stay silent to avoid conflict might still hold that pattern today — struggling to speak up at work or in a relationship. Someone who once felt unsafe might keep controlling everything around them to feel secure.
When we release the energy of those early experiences, behavior naturally changes. We begin to respond to life from the present, not from old survival mechanisms. This transformation affects everything — from health to work, from communication to creativity.
Releasing What Drains Us
To live in balance, we need our full energy available in the present. But when we’re still connected to past experiences through unprocessed emotions, part of our energy remains tied there. We’re constantly feeding those old storylines without realizing it.
Through the pendulum, we can identify and gently close those lines to the past. Each piece of clarity feels like reclaiming a piece of yourself — a return of energy that had been locked away. People often describe feeling lighter, calmer, or suddenly clear about decisions that once felt confusing.
When the body no longer needs to maintain the past, its frequency rises, and vitality naturally returns.
A Down-to-Earth Way of Seeing the Invisible
The pendulum is a very honest tool. It simply reads the energy as it is — in connection with the current factors and circumstances around a person. Energy is never static; it’s constantly influenced by how we feel, what we experience, and what’s happening in the world around us. So when circumstances change, energy changes too — and that’s why every session is unique.
There’s nothing mystical or ghostly about it. The pendulum doesn’t come from somewhere outside of us; it simply connects with the person’s own higher self. During a clarity session, I connect with that higher self directly — bypassing the mind and ego. That’s why the results are often so accurate and unexpected: the pendulum reveals what the person’s energy is truly ready to show, even if it’s something they hadn’t consciously thought about.
At the end of a session, I show that we all have access to the same answers. Through a simple exercise, people experience that their body itself reacts like a pendulum — gently moving to show what feels aligned or not. This moment is often a revelation: they realize that truth doesn’t come from outside but from within. It’s not something mystical — it’s deeply human and empowering.
When people understand this, they leave the session inspired and lighter. They have clarity about why certain things are as they are and can see the logic behind their experiences. From that awareness, they start making different choices — choices that align with their energy, their truth, and their self-love.
When the unconscious becomes conscious, transformation begins.
