Since season 2024, we are adults-only, offering a tranquil, child-free environment for all our guests. While children may still enjoy the beach, our accommodation will remain exclusively for adults, ensuring the ultimate peace and relaxation.

Each apartment comfortably hosts up to 2 adults, ensuring a peaceful and intimate experience. The complex is divided across 2 floors, with 4 apartments at the front offering stunning views of the sea and 4 apartments on the side—each offering a unique perspective of the surroundings.
The 2 side apartments on the first floor boast a side sea view from their balconies, perfect for watching the waves. The 2 side apartments on the ground floor offer a private garden view, creating a tranquil space to relax and unwind, providing you with your own slice of serenity.

The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a separate kitchenette with dining area and a couch that can also be used as a single bed (not for a third person). For extra comfort, the apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning units, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen area, providing cooling or heating throughout the space. The apartment also features a renovated bathroom and a seafront balcony where guests can enjoy the beautiful views and the peaceful surroundings of the Beachhouse.

The Beachhouse Villa
The Beachhouse Villa is a separate building, 80 metres away from the Apartments and can sleep up to 4 adults in 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds.. The Villa has a super sea view rooftop terrace with dining are. Guests of the Villa can also make use of our beach facilities. Wake up to a stunning sea view over the Saronic Gulf and fall asleep to the sound of waves.

The Beachhouse Beach Bar
During the day, The Beachhouse Beach Bar serves coffee, fruit juice, celery juice, Matcha tea, almond & soya milk, refreshments, wine, Prosecco, cocktails, beers, fruit salads, toasts and some small healthy snacks. At the beach you will find comfortable seating and sun loungers, free for our guests and non guests can make use of our beach facilities when they order something at the bar. The Bar is open from 9:00 until 22:00 during high season and will be open for several hours per day out of season. We regularly organize LIVE concerts.

Clarity Healing Sessions
During your stay, you are warmly invited to experience a Clarity Healing Session in the Pearl Yurt — a peaceful and unique space just a short walk from The Beachhouse Apartments.
In these sessions, Lizzy works intuitively using her clarity method and pendulum guidance to help you gain insight into your current situation, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance and direction.
Clients often experience a sense of lightness, deeper understanding, and renewed energy. Sessions can offer clarity on personal situations, emotional patterns, health-related questions, or life direction — always in a grounded and practical way.
Each session is personal and tailored to you, combining intuitive guidance with clear, structured insight.

Location
We are located right on a small beach in Vagia, on the north side of Aegina island — a peaceful area ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sea.
In front of The Beachhouse you will find a small, protected bay with shallow, calm water. Our sun loungers and umbrellas are reserved for guests of The Beachhouse, while other seating areas at the beach are open to everyone.
The beach is shared with locals, and during the peak summer months it can be lively at times, while in the off-season it is often very quiet. Mornings are generally especially peaceful.
The main sandy beach is about 900 metres away.

• The port of Agia Marina is 7.2 km away
• The port of Aegina Town is 12.9 km away
The closest supermarket is 1.7 km away (about 4 minutes by car or 20–25 minutes on foot). This is the only supermarket in the immediate area.
Vagia is a quiet and authentic part of the island. You won’t find shops or busy streets here, but you can enjoy beautiful coastal walks. You can walk along the sea from Vagia to Souvala (approximately one hour), or take a scenic walk of about one hour up to the Temple of Aphaia.
There are a few local tavernas nearby. During the high season they are usually open daily, while in the quieter months they tend to open mainly on weekends. The Beachhouse Beach Bar and Taverna Panorama are typically among the first to open and the last to close in the season.
If you have your own means of transport, you will have more options for dining and exploring, as you can easily reach the different villages and places of interest around the island. Distances are short and everything is within comfortable reach.
Having your own means of transport is recommended, especially in the off-season, as public transport is limited.
Eating out
There are a few nice places to eat in and around Vagia, each with its own atmosphere.
- Restaurant Panorama (Manolis) – just around the corner and one of our favorites. Run by Manolis, his wife Erasmia, and their daughter Michaela, this family restaurant offers traditional Greek home-style cooking in a warm and welcoming setting.
- Horevtra (Agii) – about a 25-minute walk. Very friendly people, good service, and a varied menu including pizzas. A relaxed and easy place to go.
- Restaurant Aiolos – within walking distance. A beautiful spot by the sea, perfect for fresh fish and especially nice for sunset.
- Taverna Michalis – for a more traditional Greek experience, with authentic dishes in a very local atmosphere at walking distance.
- Nikodimos (souvlaki place) – a simple and very nice spot for souvlaki and grilled dishes. Open mainly during the busier months, walking distance.
- Taverna Argyris – not within walking distance, but very close by car and definitely worth a visit for its traditional Greek kitchen.
- Opposite the Monastery of Agios Nektarios, you will also find a nice restaurant Meraklis with very reasonable prices and tasty food — best reached by car.
- In Souvala, you will find several options (to be reached by car), especially during the summer months, where you can sit by the port and enjoy a lively atmosphere. One we recommend is Saronikos, located at the end of the port, slightly elevated, offering a beautiful sea view.
- For a more refined dining experience with good wines, you can visit the restaurant of Hotel Xanthippi, To Svelto Kouneli.
- Also in Souvala, Willy is a popular souvlaki place, open all year round from around 18:00, known for good and affordable pita souvlaki.
- At the main beach of Vagia, you will also find a couple of restaurants.

My name is Lizzy, and I am the creator and manager of The Beachhouse Apartments & Beach Bar in Aegina.
I am a certified yoga teacher, clarity session guide, artist, and spiritual coach. My work is centered around helping people reconnect, gain clarity, and feel more balanced — whether through a conversation, a session, or simply the atmosphere of this place.
The Beachhouse is a reflection of my journey. Many of the artworks you see in and around the apartments are my own, and each space is designed with care, color, and intention to create a unique and inspiring environment.
I first came to Aegina in 1993 and followed my heart to move here in 2002. Over the years, this island has become my home and the foundation of my work, including AeginaHealing — where I share my sessions and retreats.
Together with my partner David, I continue to develop The Beachhouse as a place where people can relax, recharge, and experience something a little deeper than just a holiday.
