Why I\u2019ve Always Asked \u201cWhy\u201d<\/h1>\n

A personal reflection by Lizzy \u2014 founder of Aegina Healing<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Since I was very young, I\u2019ve often wondered why we have to go through so much trouble here on earth between birth and death. Why life can feel so heavy at times \u2014 filled with challenges, heartbreaks, and lessons.<\/p>\n

For a long time, that question came from self-pity. I felt that life was unfair. Later, it turned into anger \u2014 because I still didn\u2019t understand the why. Why did I have to go through so much hardship? Had I done something wrong?<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t until 2015 that the puzzle of life began to make sense. That\u2019s when my intensive spiritual journey began \u2014 and the blame I carried slowly transformed into understanding. When the pendulum entered my life, everything changed. It became the tool that turned my \u201cwhy me?\u201d into clarity \u2014 the key that helped me see the invisible connections between experiences, emotions, and energy.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The search for meaning<\/h2>\n

As a child, I remember feeling deeply frustrated whenever my parents answered my \u201cwhy\u201d with \u201cbecause I said so.\u201d It never satisfied me \u2014 I wasn\u2019t looking for authority; I was looking for understanding. I wanted real reasons \u2014 explanations that made sense to both the heart and the mind.<\/p>\n

That longing to understand \u201cwhy\u201d stayed with me all my life. Through every challenge \u2014 heartbreak, loss, uncertainty \u2014 I kept asking the same question. And what I discovered is that life always answers, just not in the way the mind expects. Sometimes the answer comes through emotion, sometimes through silence, and sometimes through a pendulum gently moving in my hand.<\/p>\n

Over time, I learned that every event has a purpose. We come to this earth because our souls choose to experience what we experience \u2014 even when it\u2019s painful or intense. There is always a why \u2014 although it sometimes makes no sense, seems unfair, or even cruel. Each experience makes us richer, stronger, and more compassionate. And as we grow through what we\u2019ve lived, we often become guides for others \u2014 showing the way through the very darkness we once had to face ourselves.<\/p>\n

When we stop asking why, we stop growing. But when we dare to ask, life begins to reveal its wisdom.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The detective of the soul<\/h2>\n

In my sessions, I often describe myself as a gentle detective \u2014 not only analysing, but also tuning in to what comes from above. With the pendulum and my charts, I look for old behavior patterns and emotions that people still carry \u2014 traces of the past that quietly drain their energy and often influence their current behavior. The pendulum is able to make the invisible visible.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s all connected \u2014 a chain of experiences, beliefs, and reactions. My work is to find the root of that chain, to see where it began and what it\u2019s still connected to today.<\/p>\n

I look for the deeper pattern \u2014 why someone is stuck, why they feel exhausted, why they keep running into the same obstacles, and where they are losing their energy. And the pendulum guides what truly needs to be addressed. It connects directly with the soul, bypassing the brain and the ego \u2014 which in most cases want to focus on something else. That\u2019s what makes this method so effective: it goes straight to the essence of what is ready to be seen and released.<\/p>\n

Another part of my gift is the ability to turn complexity into simplicity \u2014 to take everything that feels confusing or overwhelming and translate it into clear, grounded understanding. When people see their patterns in this simple, truthful way, they often experience instant relief. Clarity begins to unfold in a matter of moments.<\/p>\n

Each subtle movement of the pendulum is like a clue \u2014 a whisper from the soul pointing to what wants to be acknowledged. When we understand where something originated, the energy softens, and healing begins to unfold naturally. Things click even more when I show a way for people to experience that they already have all the answers inside.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Why questioning matters now<\/h2>\n

In today\u2019s world, many people have forgotten how to ask why. We\u2019re told not to question too much, not to complain, not to compare \u2014 because someone else surely has it worse. So we stay quiet, accepting life as it is, even when something inside us feels off.<\/p>\n

And when people do ask questions \u2014 especially critical ones \u2014 they are often labelled, cancelled, or even fined. We\u2019re living in an upside-down world where independent thinking is treated as a threat instead of a strength.<\/p>\n

Many believe they have no options, or that their personality \u201cjust is what it is.\u201d But much of what we call personality was built as a survival mechanism when we were young \u2014 a way to cope, to stay safe, to belong. And because those patterns once protected us, we keep them long after they\u2019ve stopped serving us.<\/p>\n

When we no longer ask why, we stay trapped inside an identity that isn\u2019t truly ours. We forget that change is possible. We forget that clarity begins with curiosity.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why asking why is sacred \u2014 it\u2019s an act of self-respect. It means you\u2019re ready to understand yourself, rather than just survive yourself.<\/p>\n<\/div>
