Though not always easy, as this lock down is already going on since November &#8230;.<\/strong><span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 20px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/span>For physical and mental health, it\u2019s really necessary to keep your spirit up. Try to see the light by doing things that bring you joy. For me, that&#8217;s walking far away from everybody in the mountain area in the middle of the island. I love being close to nature, enjoy the stillness and get happy from the beauty of the flowers. I also like making these short videos.<span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 20px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/span>Have faith, the truth will always come out. Don\u2019t let fear lead your way! Stay strong in these complicated times!<span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 20px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/span>Join me, my daughter Isabella and 3 of our 4 dogs, on our walk from the Monastery of Chrysoleontissa to the little church of Agios Leontios. It\u2019s an easy hike. You can park your car behind the monastery and from there it takes about 20 minutes to reach the plateau where you find the little church.
