Yoga agenda<\/h2>\n

<\/span>\nWe offer yoga classes several times per week at The Pearl Yurt<\/a>, a peaceful space just a short walk from The Beachhouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Morning classes (usually around 09:00\u201310:00) often include dynamic Vinyasa flow sessions guided by Sandra from @funkytwistofyoga<\/a>, known for her vibrant energy and inspiring teaching style.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lizzy<\/a> offers slower-paced classes, ideal for those who prefer a gentler approach, are recovering from injury, or simply want to take things more slowly and mindfully.<\/span><\/p>\n

Class times may vary depending on the season and participation, and we are flexible with additional sessions throughout the day.<\/span><\/p>\n
