Stone built house

Medi Terra has just finished (July 2010) the construction of the first of 3 stone built houses in Ladiano.

Location:
Ladiano is the name of the area that is located just off the central road that links Aegina with Kipseli, a quiet, typical Greek village with a couple of nice tavernas. Large supermarkets, such as Kritikos and Dia, are within walking distance from the house. The nearest beach is at just 1 kilometre from your house. The plot lies amidst beautiful old olive trees and a pistachio yard. From the roof terrace you have panoramic sea and mountain views and you can see the ferries approaching the island.

Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a lounge with open plan kitchen, dining area, a toilet, sliding doors leading to a large terrace (20 sqm). The terrace is connected with stairs to the garden.

Basement
The internal stairs lead to the lower/ basement level which consists of 3 spacious light cool bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathroom with bath. The master bedroom and basement hall have sliding doors leading to a totally private patio of 10 sqm. This patio/ basement is connected with steps to the garden. . 

The roof
The roof can be reached by the central staircase, and has a large terrace with splendid views. Each terrace has the benefit of external water supply.

Each house is finished to a high specification using traditional & modern building materials which include traditional Aegina Pourri stone on the outside and Ytong blocks on the inside walls, termo break double glazed aluminium windows & doors, floors with electric under floor heating. The inside walls of the house are plastered and the internal staircase has been finished with stone.

The house is pre-wired for TV, telephone, ADSL, air conditioning and plumbing for a washing machine in the basement storage room and a dish washer in the kitchen.

For the price of 200,000 euros the house is consisting of:
