Rastoni is a, luxurious apartment hotel, serving discerning people who have a a desire for elegance. The hotel enjoys the privilege of a unique location and this has been combined with an innovative environment of balance and tranquility, all within easy walking distance of the harbour. Situated opposite the ancient site of the “Hill of Kolona” and next to the Cape of Kolona (beach), Rastoni seems to be the harmonious coexistence of inspiration from nature and from Ancient Greece together with modern conveniences.

Since the “Hill of Kolona” is named after the sole surviving column of an ancient Greek temple (510 B.C.), attributed to the God Apollo, our premises are in the foreground of the ruins of a prehistoric city.

“Magic” is the first impression the guests will feel as they enter the lobby of the hotel. There, right in front of you, are preserved ruins of the ancient city along with other Mycenean chamber tombs, found on our pistachio farm, during the archaeological excavation. Then, upon entering your room, you will realize how ideally suited Rastoni Hotel is for romantic escapes as well as for relaxation and meditation.

The hotel consists of 11 spacious suites all with their own facilities, including:  TV, central heating, air-conditioning, refrigerator, kitchenette, private veranda with panoramic view, parking space .

Each suite has its own unique, stylish personality carried through to the smallest detail. Although the decoration has been tastefully kept to a minimum, each item of furniture has been designed and hand-crafted in order to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Nothing is oppressive- an overall effect that is exquisite.

Hotel Rastoni is built in an area of 9000 sqm 2 in the middle of the traditional pistachia tree farm. Its flower-filled garden has many little corners shaded by wooden pergalas all covered by hundreds of mediterranean plants that fill the atmosphere with all sorts of colours and perfumes throughout the year. An ideal place for chatting and relaxing while enjoying unique sunsets and also the movements of the boats coming in and out of the harbour of Aegina.
