It's not difficult to find a nice place to swim on Aegina; there
are various organised beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas, beach
games and beach bars. There are deserted beaches where you can swim
in the crystal clear water and dream away in the distance. Or settle
yourself on the rocks and discover the underwater world with your
mask and snorkel. Because of the mild climate on Aegina the water
temperature allows you to swim about 8 months of the year. The organised
beaches are open from the beginning of June until about the end of
September.

and canoes or play volley in the water! There are various places
on the beach where you can drink your Greek coffee, eat delicious

on the road between Faros - Marathonas. They have a nice covered
terrace and beach bar where you can sit nicely in the shade. Aqua

the Panagitsa church on the boulevard of Aegina town, you will
find the Panagitsa beach. Babis taverna, located on that beach,
is renting out beds and umbrella's. Babis' is open from 9 in
the morning until late at night. A great spot to have your
breakfast, lunch or romantic diner! |

Prosinemo
beach is situated on the north side of the island on the road
to Souvala. On the beach there are some trees where you can
find shade or you can lay yourself down on the sunbeds
with umbrella's. On the beach is a special kids area and a
small cantina..

the petrol
station in Perdika, turn left after the pink building on your
left and follow the the dirt road hat will finally get you
to the beach. Beautiful sandy beach in a bay with green
