There are 8 studio apartments available for rent, on the ground and first floor.  All have large balcony, with sea views.  Large enough for 4 persons to comfortably sit on, admiring the views and sipping an evening cocktail or cold beer!   You can sit in the shade, or sunshine.  The studio lounge/bedroom is spacious and well designed with large fitted wardrobes, table for dining, dining chairs and 2 very long and wide sofas, which convert to two double beds.  All rooms have AC and TV.     The bathrooms are far more appealing than the usual standard found generally in Greece.   In the kitchen you will find all you need.   Cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.  Hob and extractor fan, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.   Again, everything is top quality, well designed and brand new.

By summer 2007 there will be a roof top, seating area with bar.  The views of Aegina will be difficult to beat.
