This beautiful villa with swimming pool is perfect for those looking for a luxurious private holiday accommodation on Aegina island. Located on the hills of Tzikides on the west side of the island, the villa has an incredible view towards the Saronic Gulf, the Peloponnese and the neigbouring hill sides. The interior and the exterior of the villa have been decorated with style and comfort and can host up to 8 adults and 2 children.

When you enter the gate you wonder yourself in a small paradise. A large mature garden with flowers, fruit trees and a spacious lawn surrounds the accomodation. The villa has its own small chapel. Around the villa, you will find various spaces where you can relax. In front, the big pool with lounge area and outside BBQ area complete the setting. The colourful sunset views are unforgettable.

The living and fully equiped kitchen with outside dining area are at pool level. On the first floor you will find one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed plus bunk bed for the children and one room with twin beds. All rooms have a separate bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The master bedroom is on the second floor.

The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet, television and a electonic security gate. The villa has its own staff, living in a separate house on the premises, they are taking care of the swimming pool, garden and cleaning of the villa. Daily delivery of fresh eggs, the villa has its own chickens!
